I had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience at this salon.
During my Gel-X service, my cuticles and surrounding skin were over-filed using both an e-file/drill and a manual nail file. The filing caused intense burning and pain. I verbally expressed discomfort and was audibly reacting to the pain, but the first technician continued without stopping.
Mid-service, I was passed to a second technician. While I was okay with the switch, my nails had already been aggressively prepped. The second technician continued e-filing as well, though somewhat more gently. By that point, the skin around my nails had already been shaved raw.
I was left with significant pain, sensitivity, and irritation afterward. Nail prep should never injure the skin or continue after a client expresses pain.
Additionally, when I gave cash to break a bill, the salon kept an extra $5 of my change without asking or returning it.
Overall, this experience showed a lack of attention to client safety, comfort, and professionalism. I would not return.

I’ve been going to Jazzy Nails for years and really love the small salon feel of it, where it doesn’t look like everyone is on top of each other. Their estheticians are amazing too, Sandy and Bea especially! I usually get bio gel manicures and regular pedicures there and am always happy with results! Please go check them out and support this small local business!

We’re so glad we came to Jazzy Nail Spa. All of the technicians were fabulous!! We had manis and pedis. They were very detail oriented, gave great suggestions and were all so friendly. We will be back and definitely recommend going!

Love love love Jazzy Nails 💅 😍 I went for my first time and had the best experience. They treat you like a Queen and do an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them!!!!
