I wne in the other day to see if they had any carpet pad remnants so I could put a pad under a small carpet in my kitchen.
Not only did they have a remnant but the man who helped me did not charge me for the piece. He was willing to go the extra mile. And did a nice thing. My feet and back are grateful. Well done!

I have used Abby Carpet for over 10 years. Kristie, who works at the front desk is very helpful. Their installer is fantastic. He works solo and does all the demo and installation himself. We will be laying down vinyl flooring in the final areas of our home. I will be going to them to complete the job.

Horrific Customer Service. Person working complained that she has to work by herself. Could not answer simple questions.
