I am grateful to Fardeen in Oaks flooring and his team (Carlos & sons) who delivered my dream floors with utmost professionalism and timeliness. Right from the outset, Fardeen was transparent and reasonable about the pricing, scheduling and other aspects of the contract. He visited the home frequently to monitor progress and quality of the job; he collected a nominal initial deposit as payment for the materials and he dint ask for the remaining payment until the entire job was done. His technicians are truly skilled and did a beautiful job. I was very worried and skeptic signing this contract as I had a previous bad experience with A1 flooring in Newbury park with the job being a complete disaster and the company not taking any accountability once the contract was signed. But Oaks flooring restored my faith that high quality goods and service still exist and you just need to work with the right company and team. Thank you again for my beautiful floors that I take a lot of pride in!!

Fardeen is great to work with. He is very patient and helps the clients like family. We had a couple of requests after the work was done and Fardeen ensured things are take care of very well. Overall, the quality of work is great and we appreciated his help and care into the project.
