Rudy and Kevin are terrific! We had a rat problem in our house and after trying and failing to get ride of the rats ourselves, I called Spearhead after a friend made a recommendation of Rudy. I called Rudy on Friday and he and Kevin came out on Monday. So fast. They were able to diagnose where the rats were coming from, where they were living, and how to get ride of them. I didn't end up seeing a single rat after they came and did their thing. Thank goodness because having to deal with a rat in a trap is not my favorite thing to do. They were also extremely affordable. We were so impressed that my roommate called them to come to his job to take care of mice issues. We highly, highly recommend Spearhead!

Rudy is very nice and very knowledgeable. So far so good! He treated my property for ants and spiders and I have not seen a single ant since, and my spiders seem to be disappearing as well. Highly recommend!

I called desperately seeking help with a live rat stuck in a trap and he came to my home within 2.5 hours! I learned so much about pest control, and I cannot recommend them enough!! A+++++++

Rudy is so honest and helpful. After a first failed attempt, with another company, to rid my mothers house of bed bugs with a dog, Rudy came in and gave us an estimate way below previous company. He came back multiple times to follow up and made sure they were gone before 60 day warranty started.
I would highly recommend Rudy for your pest control needs. Great customer service!

My roommate and I had just moved into a new apartment and we were shocked to find the previous tenants left us a house warming gift - a bed bug infestation. 😱😵 Rudy was quick to the scene and was so professional and knowledgeable about the habits, life cycle and overall nature of our pests. He had a calming nature about him the second he walked in. He inspected the unit respectfully, confirmed the infestation was long standing prior to our move in and made a point to make that clear with our land lord. Rudy treated the apartment immediately and we were able to come back in after just a few hours. My boyfriend had an infestation months prior to ours and it was A PROCESS - putting everything he owned with fabric through the drier on high heat, and bagging them in trash bags for weeks. We didn’t have to do ANY of that with Spearhead. Such a relief! We had one treatment done, and after about a week, we found another bug that we killed and bagged up. Rudy came back, said it was showing signs of poor health and deterioration, meaning the first treatment worked! He did a final spot treatment and we’ve been bug free since! So grateful for Rudy’s diligence, his time and his quick action! Lots of other pest control companies take their time coming out to inspect, but you can tell that Spearhead and Rudy care about their customers. They made us feel like our home would be ours again - and they delivered! Can’t recommend enough!!
